RSPEC - Reduce Swimming Pool Energy Costs

The RSPEC web site was created for the U.S. Department
of Energy (DOE) so the RSPEC program could continue on without government funding.
Randy L. Martin used to co-lead the program when he worked for the DOE
Denver Regional Office.
RLM designed the site and currently hosts the site.

The Shanghai Scientific Energy Conservation
Museum is located in Shanghai, China and is like a Museum of
Science and Industry here in the states, but concentrates on

Transportation Sectors.
